|What do I do if my order never arrived.|
|Check Fed-ex or USPS tracking number online. We use delivery confirmation on all packages. Contact us for help in locating your package at shipping@Groovywares.com.
NOTE: If the shipping carrier has lost the package it could take 4 - 6 weeks to find and deliver the package! If it is truly lost we will file a claim to recoup your $. No claims
or refunds can be made on delivery confirmed packages. We will happily add signature confirmation upon request. Items over $500 will require signature confirmation unless you ask us not to add it.

|When will my order ship?|
|Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Shipping is usually done within 5 days of purchase but could take up to 10 days.|
