Order Status
What do I do if my order never arrived.
  Check Fed-ex or USPS tracking number online.  We use delivery confirmation on all packages.  Contact us for help in locating your package at shipping@Groovywares.com.
NOTE: If the shipping carrier has lost the package it could take 4 - 6 weeks to find and deliver the package!  If it is truly lost we will file a claim to recoup your $. No claims
or refunds can be made on delivery confirmed packages.  We will happily add signature confirmation upon request. Items over $500 will require signature confirmation unless you ask us not to add it.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us at support@groovywares.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  Shipping is usually done within 5 days of purchase but could take up to 10 days.
